Want to upgrade your old FireWire case to the latest Oxford 911 version, or upgrade your SCSI case to FW ? Miglia’s ATA/FW KIT is the easiest and most affordable solution!

The ATA/FW KIT allows you to connect an ATA hard drive to the enclosed converter, which will increase your tranfer rates up to 35 MB/sec. This kit is also a great solution if you wish to install hard drives or CD-RW/DVD-R drives inside your computer and still use FW connectivity.

Allows you to convert an ATA hard drive or CD-RW/DVD-R to the FireWire interface
Most recent hard drives are supported (ATA/3 and up) and the second generation Oxford 911 bridge board will guarantee high transfer rates.

Includes all the accessories needed for an internal installation or installation in an external case
The power cable connects to a hard drive power connector available in any computer. A short ATA cable also provides connectivity to your ATA drive(s).

Supports Master/Slave mode to connect two devices
Using an ATA cable with three connectors, you can attach two ATA devices to the converter

Supports ATAPI and ATA drives on the same bus
You can connect CD-Rx as well as hard drives to the converter* in master/slave mode. Mixing ATA and ATAPI devices is supported.

Ideal solution to convert old SCSI cases to FireWire
The removable front plate can replace the old SCSI connector in most cases.
